Out story has begun in 1993, where Bayankhan Patent Agency was founded as part of the first generation of firms that grew along with the field of industrial property to support the budding infrastructure of Patent Laws that were adopted by the parliament the same year. And with the passing of a series of complimentary laws in the Intellectual Property Rights Protection movement which have been adopted soon thereafter, it has been the prelude to privatization and representation of industry. We had witnessed the passing of time since the 1990s, where Mongolia started its long and painful transition from centralized communist economy toward market orientation, and the co-evolution of the Intellectual Property Laws with it, to become the legislative laws of the present. And today, we stand as one of the principal Intellectual Property firms in the country as we represent considerable number of domestic and international clients before Intellectual Property authorities under Mongolian jurisdiction. We proudly consider ourselves as one of the pioneers and contributors of the in establishing the present day legislative system of Intellectual Property Rights in Mongolia.
